Lele Mason

Lele has been trained in organizational development since 2005, having begun her journey with The Second City as a student over a decade ago. An NBC Bob Curry fellow, teacher, coach, designer, and facilitator are some of the many Second City hats she’s worn.

Lele has a master’s degree in public administration and specializes in the comedic side of life. These attributes shine through with the perspectives and wisdom she shares in her sessions, training folks, ages five through 90. Through her many professional partnerships with industries like accounting, law, healthcare, higher education, entertainment, and arts, she’s now bringing the valuable skills of improv as a tool to improve relationships in companies far and wide. She is focused on creating inclusive, brave, and safe workshop environments while creating new skills for her participants.

Lele has been seen on HBO Max’s Southside as well HBC…U Got Jokes on Xfinity. She is an experienced host, panelist, and comedian, and empowers audiences to have fun, laugh, and vibe on another level.
