Call for photos: Women in their 40s

Open call for photos: We’re looking for a few good women in their 40s

Help us gear up for the official launch of Jumble & Flow

Jumble & Flow, the empowering lifestyle brand for women in midlife, has been in “soft launch” mode for the last year. We’re getting ready to open the floodgates soon to announce to the world that We are Women in our 40s: Hear Us Roar

We’re seeking photos of all kinds of women in their 40s

Women of all colors and ethnic backgrounds, straight and lesbian women, trans women, and nonbinary people. Women of all shapes and sizes and ability levels. Parents, stepparents, divorced women, single women. Working women, non-working women, up-and-coming entrepreneurs, students, career-changing women. Happy women, angry women, fearless women, nervous women. All the women from ages 40-49.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for photos that show you living your life as a woman in her 40s — whether that’s while sheltering in place or before the COVID-19 pandemic when you lived life to the fullest. We’re looking for portraits, selfies, action shots, casual snapshots of you having fun, working, or spending time with other women in midlife. We’re open to your ideas.

How we’ll feature your photos

If we select your photo(s), we’ll feature you in Jumble & Flow editorial content, social media, and more. If we select your photo, we will communicate with you ahead of time to let you know how we plan to use the photo, whether it’s on our homepage (jumbleandflow.com), a page about women in their 40s, or a dedicated Instagram post (these are just some of the examples). We’ll also be sure to credit you by including your name and where you live, etc. We’re also hoping to include a quote or more info about you (more info on that to come.)
