The Perimenopause List: Info, doctors, books, and communities for women entering menopause

Perimenopause has moved beyond its pioneer phase and demand continues to grow for information and remedies to alleviate the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.

This is exactly why we’re here to highlight leading websites, books, and communities talking about it, as well as organizations that recommend doctors who specialize in women’s hormonal health.

Keep in mind that every woman’s perimenopausal experience is different — including the age it begins, the type of symptoms experienced, and the duration of symptoms. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution for perimenopause, and our mission at Jumble & Flow is to help women identify their specific wellness needs.

Most importantly, we’re all in this together. We encourage your recommendations — what do you think we should add to The Peri List? Please comment at the end of the article or get in touch.

The thought of the menopause has sometimes filled me with fear. I got this program The Natural Menopause Solution by Julissa Clay and I’m so glad. Knowing what to expect takes much of the fear/discomfort away and helped me prepare. In addition, the advice in this program inspired me to make some healthier choices that I’m already benefitting from. Thanks this program, things are going well. I find myself rereading passages frequently. The author took an uncomfortable topic and made it easy to understand. I’ve recommended this program to friends and hope they find it as helpful as I have.
